Abel Amaral Camargo Junior - Board Member
Engineer graduated from Escola Federal de Engenharia de Itajubá, holds a specialization degree in Marketing Management from FGV (CEAG) and an Executive MBA from Fundação Dom Cabral. He worked for 11 years at Asea Brown Boveri, in Brazil and Switzerland, where he held executive positions with responsibility for several Business Units in the Energy, Automation and Services sector. He has worked for 18 years in the telecommunications sector, 13 of which at Oi S.A., where he held various executive positions and served as a member of the boards of directors of invested companies, in addition to chairing some companies controlled by the Operator. He has been at American Tower for four years, where he is currently Vice President of Strategy and New Businesses.
Ana Cristina Junqueira Pereira do Valle - Board Member
She has a degree in Advertising and Marketing from Fundação Armando Álvares Penteado – FAAP (1994), and a specialization degree in E-Commerce from New York University (1999). She has vast experience in the Marketing and Operations areas at Internet and Technology companies, such as Zip.net, Agência Click, Garage Interactive Marketing, and worked as IT Manager at Hélios Carbex for 4 years. Co-founder of the Company (2007), led its structuring and acts as Chief Operating Officer in the Company since then.
Eugenio Emílio Staub Filho - Board Member
Graduated in Business Administration from Faculdade de Administração da Fundação Armando Álvares Penteado – FAAP (1994) and holds an MBA from Duke University in the United States (1999). He began his professional career in the Marketing area at Gradiente Eletrônica S/A in 1991, reaching the position of Product Manager in 1995. Between 1997 and 1998, he worked at Bank Boston and Goldman Sachs in the United States. He returned to Brazil and to Gradiente in 1999 as Managing Director. He also held the positions of Investor Relations Executive Officer and Vice President of Marketing and Sales of the company. He joined the Company as President/CEO soon after its foundation.
Maria Andrea de Castro Melegari Janer - Board Member
He has over 20 years of experience in innovation, digital marketing, branding and communication, having started his professional experience in journalism at RBS group, in Santa Catarina. He took a marketing course at the University of California, Berkeley, and worked at Addison’s branding consultancy in San Francisco, which he later brought to Brazil through a joint-venture with Ana Couto Branding, where he ended up leading the strategy area for almost 10 years. He also worked at Tátil Design, serving brands such as Brastemp and TIM, and at Approach Comunicação Integrada, responsible for the creation of the strategic planning area. Later, she led the area of new business at Interbrand, serving brands such as Copag, Tegra, Suvinil, Endeavor, Patrus and Telha Norte, among others. Finally, she is the founder of Oxygen, a content platform that deals with trends and futurism for companies.
Numa Pereira do Valle Bisneto - Chairman
Civil Engineer and Post-Graduate in Business Administration from Universidade Mackenzie. He began his professional career at Itaquera Crédito Imobiliário. In the 1970s he worked at GTO – Grupo Técnico de Obras and later at Construtora Fundasa S.A., where he became the controlling shareholder and CEO. In 2002 he took on the position of Executive Director at USS – Unity of Assistance Insurance Services, where he led the Commercial and Operations areas and had active participation in its turn-around. He was also involved in the subsequent process of USS /Tempo’s IPO. With great entrepreneurial spirit, he idealized the Company and brought together the group of shareholders and professionals who founded the Company in 2007. Since the Company’s foundation, he has chaired its Board of Directors.
Ricardo Uchoa Alves Lima - Vice-president of the Board
Graduated in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas and holds an MBA from the University of Illinois (USA). He began his career at Comind S.A. Crédito Imobiliário as Financial Manager, and has held executive positions at Metal Leve, Translor, Ultracargo and USS. In the public sector, he participated in the governments of Paulo Egydio Martins – Coordinator of Regional Action, and André Franco Montoro – Chief of Staff of the Government Secretariat, besides having held the position of General Secretary of the Ministry of Industry and Commerce in the period 1985/1986. He was a member of the Board of Directors of Badesp, Fepasa, Embraer and Tempo. He is currently a Management Consultant and occupies positions on the Boards of Directors of companies such as Banco ABC Brasil, Algaia Participações Ltda. and São Paulo Cia de Dança.
Victor do Nascimento Leal Junior - Board Member
He holds a degree in Business Administration from the School of Economics and Administration of the University of São Paulo (USP) in 1988 and a master’s degree, MBA, from The MIT Sloan School of Management of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), in Cambridge, Massachusetts, United States in 2000. He has 36 years of professional experience having served on the executive board of companies such as Mappin Lojas de Departamentos S.A. (1985 to 1993), Gradiente Eletrônica S.A. and Nintendo do Brasil Ltda (1993 to 2002). He is co-founder and was co-CEO of Grupo St. Marche – St Marche Supermercados, Empório Santa Maria and Eataly do Brasil (2002 to 2021). He currently holds the position of Chief Growth Officer as well as Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of Grupo St Marche.
